Naturally Curly Hair ~ Straightening Method

Hey, peeps! This video is all about how I straighten my naturally curly hair. I actually filmed this about a week after I flat ironed it but I do give a demo of the tools I used.

I really recommend using a vented ( wet to straight) flat iron for curly hair. It lets you skip the blow dry and gives you the straightest hair possible. I’m currently using the T3 Bespoke Colorlock Press. I also think the Remington Wet 2 Straight is fantastic. The big difference between vented and standard irons are the little “vents”, or holes in the iron to help the steam created from using heat on wet hair escape. Please DO NOT use a regular flat iron on your wet hair! The steam created will scorch your hair and burn you!

I like to finish the style off by using a standard flatiron, I used my Kiyoseki but anything that works for you is great.Hope you find this helpful! Please let me know if you have any other questions or requests.

T3 Bespoke Colorlock Press, is still on sale on Amazon.com but for $47.
Kiyoseki Pro silver is also available on Amazon.com for much less than I paid for it! I love it and really recommend it.
